Early access terms

GroupTrip is being built for adults organizing group trips. You can create an account, manage a private group, and invite adult collaborators. Group owners and admins can also build a trip site and publish it for anyone with the link. General photo and document uploads, forms, surveys, and accounting tools are still in development. Email announcements are still in development.

Your account

You must be 18 or older and use a sign-in method you control. Keep access to your Google account or email secure. Use GroupTrip lawfully and do not try to access another person’s account or disrupt the service.

Creating an account is free. It does not book a trip, start a paid subscription, or enroll you in marketing emails. We will explain any future charges before you choose a paid feature.

Your groups

Invite only adults who expect to work with your group. Group owners and admins can see collaborators’ contact emails for access management. Only the owner can appoint admins, transfer ownership, or close a group. A transfer takes effect when the new owner accepts; the previous owner stays as an admin. Members and admins can leave. An owner must transfer ownership or close their groups before account deletion.

Your trip site

Drafts are saved privately for your group’s current owners and admins. Saving a draft does not publish a site or send a message; only Publish does. Theme names and designs may change. Content you contribute remains part of the group’s site and may remain there after you leave the group or delete your account.

Site rules

A published trip site is public: anyone with the link can see it. The owners and admins who publish it are responsible for what it says and shows.

Don’t publish children’s names or contact details, rosters, medical or payment status, private itineraries, room or vehicle assignments, live locations, or private links. Don’t publish a photo of an identifiable child with details that reveal who or where they are. Nothing illegal, hateful or harassing.

GroupTrip may pause a site that breaks these rules and will say so on your group’s Trip site page. To report a site, use its Report this site link or email contact@grouptrip.me.

Group logos

Where uploads are available, use group branding that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload personal records or photos of children. We process and privately store the image to show it in your group’s drafts and saved copies. Choosing a logo for one trip does not select it for another. Removing a logo from a draft does not erase copies retained in its history. Keep your original file; this service is not your image backup.

While we build

Features may change or be unavailable during early access. Do not rely on this dashboard for bookings, payments, emergency communication, or your only copy of trip information. Do not submit traveler records, children’s information, medical records, financial records, private travel schedules, or live locations.

Your information and choices

The privacy notice explains the information used for your account, groups, and private drafts. You can stop using GroupTrip or request account deletion by emailing contact@grouptrip.me. We will verify that the account is yours before changing or deleting it.

We may suspend access to address abuse or protect accounts. We will explain material changes to these terms before asking you to use features that require a new agreement.
